Try. That’s where I found my house. If the house is bank owned or short selling, it will say so in the ad for the house. It takes all the MLS listings from all the realtors in each area. You can check off things that you would like to have regarding property and house features and they will match up the ones that fit best.

Hard to find a central website for free as the information has to be compiled by a third party and that party is usually performing this service for profit, but has direct links to several of the major REO (foreclosed) property sites.
